Types of hypnotherapy

This solution-focused method incorporates the different types of hypnotherapy with a focus on a specific, tailored goal.
When you are resistant to change, solution-focused work helps you to access and address the blocks that are standing in your way.
Cognitive Behavioural
Hypnotherapy
This combined hypnosis and CBT model can be very powerful in helping you to achieve lasting behaviour change.
It is particularly effective for issues/
habits such as smoking.
Neuro Linguistic
Programming
NLP is a coaching method that helps you to connect your thinking patterns, language, and behaviors to achieve your goals.
When used in hypnosis, it is a powerful way to address and replace limiting beliefs and thought patterns within the subconscious mind.
How is hypnotherapy used in
my therapy sessions?
Hypnotherapy is a powerful way of embedding and reframing new behaviours as well as accessing underlying causes and issues.
Sometimes deeper layers are uncovered during the process that were underlying the initial issues. These may relate to our ‘inner felt sense’ or how certain experiences have shaped our worldviews.
For this reason, I tend to integrate these modalities if appropriate into long-term, root cause psychotherapy work. For solution-focused hypno-psychotherapy alone, I offer 6 to 10 standalone sessions targeting specific
