What’s included in a Therapy Intensive?

In intensive sessions I use a combination of techniques, entirely depending on what is best for you. This generally includes trauma-informed and person-led practice as a baseline, and I may also include techniques such as personalised hypnotherapy and BLAST® / EMDR depending on what you’re struggling with.

For those who want help with a specific life decision or issue, I use a more guidance-based approach, incorporating intuitive insight and coaching methods to help you with the next steps.
